Cooking is my passion, a childhood dream born from the stories of my grandmother, herself a cook.
After taking my first steps with the reputed and starred Bruno in Lorgues, my career path naturally led me to work in renowned establishments and with such gastronomic greats as Georges Blanc, Alain Ducasse, Philippe Labbé and Eric Frechon.
These unique and enriching experiences allowed me to refine my know-how and perfect my technique to create, in 2013, my own starred universe at the Paloma restaurant in Mougins before working at L’Oasis in Mandelieu-La Napoule.
After 25 years of gastronomy, I wanted to take on a new challenge, to write a new, more personal page, by taking over Le Repère from the Ferrandini brothers.
Without forgetting my identity and my signature dishes, I now evolve with passion in a place that resembles me.
